New logo, who dis? New and improved website too! Let me know what you think about the new logo and upgraded website, you know I love feedback. Recently, I sent out a bunch of letters to expired and canceled listings. I heard back from one of the homeowners. They were disgruntled with their previous agent and canceled the listing after being on the market for almost two months. We set up a meeting, discussed their options, my processes, and signed a new listing before I left the appointment. That was three weeks ago, and now four days after our on-market date we are in contract. Communication and price are the key to any good sale and transaction. In this particular instance, communication and clarity were missing. I was more than happy to provide it. High priced homes, luxury homes, low priced homes, it doesn't matter. Everyone I work with gets the same level of service, the communication and the desire to sell the home for the most amount of money, in the least amount of time. We still have a ways to go before closing, but we'll do everything possible to make it as smooth and painless as possible. We now have four consecutive weeks of positive purchase applications. We also have mortgage rates coming down a little bit further after all the job reports last week. Later this morning we'll get to see what CPI numbers are printed from November. If CPI surprises to the upside we could get a negative reaction to the 10yr yield and mortgage rates, so I'll be watching closely. As of now, potential sellers should be preparing for the Spring 2025 market. What are you seeing or hearing? I'd love to know paul@guiderealestate.comVisit www.paulpelettarealtor.com
