Happy Thanksgiving! A shorter email this week as I am enjoying some time with family and friends out of town. Speaking of friends, a few weeks ago, I was able to help one of my best friends and his wife close on their first home. It's always special helping people close on their investment, dream home, first time home, but certain ones will always just hit different.
