Obo' Italian Table and Bar is the newest addition to the Selland Family Restaurant Group. Located in East Sacramento, Obo' offers a casual dining experience with a focus on seasonal, Italian cuisine. The menu features a variety of pasta dishes, wood-fired pizzas, and house-made desserts. Obo' also has a full bar, making it the perfect spot for a leisurely lunch or a romantic dinner.

The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with exposed brick walls and comfortable seating. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they are always happy to make recommendations. Obo' is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal with friends and family.

On to the real estate, we finally see a MoM increase in active listings locally and nationally. On the flipside, we are starting to see a small divergence in buyer activity, as the pending homes sales moderated from an increase of 15% in March to just 5% in April. This also coincides with the decrease in closed sales as shown in the Market Update graphic. Mortgage rates continue to be incredibly stubborn. This is the leading cause of declining demand. As of now, rates are refusing to break and sustain below 6.5%. At the same time, we have a super low inventory, which creates the scenario for price increases. These two things together create an affordability issue for majority of buyers. So, we find ourselves in a sort of real estate purgatory. With that said, well priced homes continue to be sold, and quickly, to the buyers that are willing and able.
