I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas holiday!  It's been a great year, let's finish strong surrounded by the ones we love, enjoying the feeling of giving, and grateful in what we receive.  As we gather around twinkling lights and crackling fires, let's hold onto the magic of the season and step into the new year with hope, laughter, and unwavering love.

On the business end, we can see the affects of Winter seasonality.  The numbers below show change in activity from October to November.  Sales in the region slowed by 23%.  They've slowed during these first two weeks of December as well, compared to the first two weeks of November.  Do you know what hasn't slowed down?  Mortgage purchase applications.  People patiently waiting for rates to come down are starting the process of getting pre-qualified by a loan officer.  All the drivers for a strong Spring for both buying and selling are in place.  Let's see how it plays out.
