We got a nice move in the 10y yield last week with some follow through so far this week.  The 30y mortgage rate is inching back towards the low 7% range.  We had the FOMC meeting on Wednesday and a flurry of jobs data last week to get the ball rolling back in our favor.  Regardless of interest rates, up, down or sideways, well priced homes are getting into contract.  Everyday I open my email and my MLS hotlist, houses are flipping to pending sale.  It's imperative to be prepared if entering the market as a buyer.  If there is plans to sell a house coming up, it's incredibly important to talk with an agent sooner than later.  Planning is the essence to successful home selling and buying.
