I'm back!  

The market kept chugging along while I was off in Kentucky.  We saw some more inventory come on the market.  We also saw some homes that made price adjustments lower come off the market.  I also noticed a few expired and canceled listings while I was gone.  I track those every week, and I hadn't seen much in awhile, so it was interesting to see them pick up.  This is possibly sellers that listed in Q1 starting to get frustrated.  If you know any of them, I'd love to talk to them.  We'll have a realistic pricing conversation.
 We also saw more tariff news, and trade news. Let's see how this all comes together to close out May.  See you in June.

I had an awesome time in Kentucky.  I was lucky enough to join my buddy, Justin, and his group to pick two barrels of whiskey for their bar program.  The top image is of us after tasting and picking at Bardstown Bourbon Company.  The second picture is after tasting, picking and receiving our birth certificate for the bourbon we created at Maker's Mark.
Let me just say, the Maker's Mark tour and experience was an absolute dream.  So cool.  If you get a chance to go to Kentucky whether it's for whiskey, horse racing, baseball or Muhammad Ali, I highly recommend you take it.
