Welcome to July!  Congrats to my son's 10u Laguna Purple All Star team.  They won their 3rd NorCal State championship in three years and will be heading to the regional tournament in a few weeks.  LYB will be hosting 10 teams from the Pacific Southwest region right here in Elk Grove, CA at our home fields, Morse Park.  Our 10u team and families are responsible for running the tournament from 7/14 - 7/19.  If you have teenagers (14+) looking for volunteer hours, we will need help in the snack bar or as official pitch counters.  It will be a great week of baseball.  Games during the week will be played at 930 and 1130 to beat the July heat.

The 10yr yield has been steadily grinding lower which has helped mortgage rates come down around 6.75%.  This has been a market stabilizer as we hit a lull in overall activity.  If rates can continue to grind lower, fireworks could be in store for the Fall.  We have a major holiday weekend this week, so activity should be low.  I signed a listing agreement last week with an on market date scheduled for 7/24.  Stay tuned.
