Welcome to 2025!

I hope you had a wonderful NYE.  My family and I kept it light this year playing board games and card games through the night.

My goals for 2025:
1. Back to 100% growth in my business - 16 transactions (I need your help, let me know if you know anyone thinking of making a move this coming year)
2. Master's Club three years in a row
3. Complete some housing projects
4. Continue working on a healthier diet, less snacking!
5. Plan a Spaghetti Dinner + Food Drive for Quarter 3...Would you be interested? (Let me know HERE)

I'll be starting the year strong with a new listing going live on January 9th.  It's a lower priced listing, 2 bedroom 1 bath in South Sacramento.  It has really good bones, but zero updates.  A good starter home for some handy buyers, or rental opportunity.  I'll be highlighting it next week, but if you know of anyone with a budget under $350k this is a great opportunity.
